I am Daniel, your MFAA approved home loan expert.
Whether you are buying, refinancing, or building your dream home, you have a lot riding on your mortgage broker. Since market conditions and lender policies change frequently, you need to make sure you are dealing with a top professional who is able to give you quick and accurate lending advice. As a mortgage broker with over 8 years experience, I have the knowledge and expertise you need to explore the many lending options available. How it Works
Elite don’t charge any fees. If you engage us to provide personalised lending advice, shop lenders or help prepare your application to a lender, that is all free of charge. Instead I am paid an upfront commission by the lender for helping you selection the lender and apply for your home loan. This amount usually equates to around 0.65% of the loan amount. Additionally, while your loan is on my Elite Home Loan book, I’ll also receive a 0.15% trail commission from your loan which helps keep my business running. This is generally about half as much as the lenders have to pay their in-house sales staff, which translates to lower rates for you, so everybody wins! This is also the reason 70% of home loans submitted in Australia is through mortgage brokers like myself now.
Will you sell my information to lenders?
No. Your loan advisor will help you evaluate multiple choices among our certified lenders. Once you’ve found the best option, only then will we introduce you to your chosen lender. You will not receive email, calls, or texts from any of our lenders until you opt-in. After introducing you to your lender your advisor will be with you throughout the way, making sure you get the same high level of service from our lender that you receive from us.
Are you a bank or a lender?
We are a service platform designed to help you evaluate lenders, choose the right mortgage, and ensure you get fair terms — we do not provide financing. Instead, we use technology to match you with certified lenders and help you compare offers and choose the loan that best suits your needs. You can lock in your interest rate through us and we provide ongoing counsel until you close your loan.
Will working with you affect my credit?
No. To determine the interest rates and terms you qualify for, we utilise a soft credit inquiry that does NOT affect your credit score. However, if you choose a loan product and continue your application, we or one of our lending partners will request your full credit report from one or more consumer reporting agencies, which is considered a hard credit pull and may affect your credit.
